PASTURE BOARD $10 per
day
- Spacious green pastures, all four board plank fenced
- Group turnout (individual turnout $20 per day)
- Daily feeding (once per day) and inspection
- Use of all farm facilities
STALL BOARD
$450 per month
- Daily feeding (hay and grain, am & pm)
- Stall cleaning
- Bedding Provided
- Daily Turnout
- Use of all farm facilities
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- $15 for Staff Member to hold horse for Veterinarian or Blacksmith
- $50 per month blanket charge (placement and removal of blankets
and turn out rugs)

All horses arriving must have proof of Negative
Coggins dated within one year, as well as a current Health
Certificate.
All horses shall be placed on the worming and vaccination
schedule of The Oaks Stable.
Board is billed on a calendar month basis, billed each month
in advance.
Payment is due by the tenth of each month.
If payment is not received by the tenth, a $5 per day penalty
will be added until bill, including penalty, is paid in full.
